 Consumer Agreement
This product does not prevent, diagnose, treat or cure disease states. We are explicitly
stating this product is not a drug. Rather, this product is safe food that is generally

 Shipping & Delivery
At this time, MYSHROOM® ships merchandise to locations within the United States and
U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Additionally, MYSHROOM® ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other
international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web
site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We will attempt
to ship internationally with some investigation by you so that the appropriate customs,
import or export agent is used to prevent the return or loss of the shipment to you. You will
have to call our offices to facilitate this.

 International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment
reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order
and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. If we ship to an international destination we
will investigate the duties, fares and taxes if they apply. We cannot guarantee that the
government will add additional charges. We will complete the declaration and will inform
you of the costs before we charge your account. It is your responsibility to check with your
Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the

 Return Policy
30 day Unopened Return Policy. Must have Pre-Authorization.
You may return authorized unopened items purchased from American Specialties
Products, within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if
the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any
other reason you are responsible for shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 30
days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of
receipt of the returned item.
